What is Codependency?

Codependency is a mental, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual reliance on another person. Codependency is a unhealthy attachment in relationships where one person needs the other person, who in turn, needs to be needed. In this video, you’ll learn about what codependency is, how to recognize the signs, and what to do to address these behaviors in your relationships.
