Where High-Achieving Women Go to be Restored

You’ve built the life.

Now it’s asking too much of you.

You just started another degree program, landed the promotion you worked years for, or you’re still climbing. Maybe you launched the business or you’re living the life you once only pictured. From the outside, it’s all coming together. But on the Inside, your nervous system is paying for it, and the cost is starting to feel like more than it’s worth.

You have friends. You have spaces where people love you. Yet in almost every one of them, someone still needs something from you. You show up as mom, wife, partner, daughter, sister, auntie, leader, and friend, and lately the anxiety follows you everywhere: the racing thoughts at night, the constant mental to-do list, the tension you carry into rooms that are supposed to feel good. You know something has to give, and you know the answer isn’t another thing to work on.

Here, you get to put it down.

The Anxious Black Girls® Social Club is a low-stimulation, intentional space for high-achieving Black women to decompress. We set down what we’ve been carrying and make room for what feels good and gives back to us. Here, you don’t perform. You get served. Your people get you, and you leave feeling restored.

A Space Built with Your Nervous System in Mind…

Who is This Space For?

The Social Club is for Black women 25 and older, from early career to mid-career and beyond, who are high-functioning and high-performing and quietly tired of holding it all together. Many of our members have spent years wearing a mask: the composed professional, the dependable friend, the one who has it handled. Some are living with anxiety, ADHD, or AuDHD, diagnosed or still wondering. All of them are ready to take the mask off and be with women who won’t ask them to put it back on.

  • Small, curated gatherings like slow brunches, intimate dinners, restorative wellness experiences, and journaling circles, designed for real conversation.

  • Calm, sensory-friendly settings with softer lighting, manageable noise, and room to step away whenever you need to.

  • No forced networking or icebreakers. Talk when you want to, rest when you need to, and let connection happen at your pace.

  • Thoughtful details handled for you, so you can simply arrive and receive.

  • A circle of women who understand, because they’re living a version of your story too.

What you’ll experience…

A note from Deseray…

To My Anxious Black Girls,

I’m so honored that you’re considering joining this space. The Anxious Black Girls Social Club is home to me, and I want to invite you in. I know Anxiety very well because I am “The” Anxious Black Girl!

I’m a licensed therapist, a mom of three, and a leader in my job and in my practice. For years I kept reaching for more, until burnout hit and I simply couldn’t do it anymore. Being diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety as an adult helped me understand why everything had felt so heavy for so long, and why the mask I wore was so exhausting to keep on.

I know I’m not alone, so I created this club to serve women like you in a way that also feeds me, a place where we can all finally rest and be seen. I can’t wait to meet you there!
